Hot Melt Thermoplastic
Hot Melt Thermoplastic Road Marking material, available in both white and yellow. This is a powdered product, as per BS3262 equivalent to BS/EN 142, which is heated to 200°C and then applied on to the road surface.
It is exceptionally wear-resistant, bright and reflective.
Chlorinated Rubberized Road Marking material
Available in white, yellow, black and red. It is an excellent temporary road marking material.
Removal OBS Marking
We also carry out the removal or scarifying of obsolete paint. This is done with our Aqua Miser Ultra Boss high-pressure water equipment, imported from the USA or water jet guns, which reach 30,000 PSI
Measuring and Testing Instrument
The Zehntner is a state-of-the-art piece of measuring equipment that provides precise and instant measurements of night (RL) and day visibility (OD). The Zehntner also gathers other valuable information, such as ambient data, including temperature and humidity.

Water Blasting
PROSEC is the exclusive owner of the Aqua Miser Ultra Boss high-water pressure, which is the only high-powered water-blasting machine in Mauritius. This exceptional piece of equipment provides an outstandingly clean finish on permanent and semi-permanent structures, including boats, buildings and roads. It is capable of removing rust on vessels, cleaning old buildings, removal of rubber deposit on Airport Runway and obsolete markings on road.
We also carry out the removal or scarifying of obsolete paint. This is done with our Aqua Miser Ultra Boss high-pressure water equipment, imported from the USA. It has water jet guns, which can reach a maximum pressure of 2800 Bars (40,000PSI), resulting in a clean and clear road.
Cat Eyes – Road Studs
We provide top of the range Cat Eyes that are both cost-effective and resistant to the corrosive effects of salt and grit and arduous traffic conditions. They have an excellent life span, maintaining reflectivity for many years. Each Cat Eye is fixed to road by an anti-twist-stem, which has been designed for easy installation and stability
Rubber Humps
Rubber Humps are the perfect solution to regulate traffic in residential areas,
to 20-30 Kmph, especially when installed in a series formation. This form of speed hump is shaped into a parabola and is available in your required lengths. Each rubber hump is capable of taking loads of 10 to 40 tons. They have a greater effectiveness at calming traffic than speed bumps.
We recommend placing speed humps at the mid-intersection of roads with low speed limits.
